B+ Hotel is a about 1km to Sungai Petani town. Econsave,Central Square,7-11 nearby hotel. Air-conditioned rooms, private bathrooms with & without washing tab.Coway water dispenser on floor. At the hotel,some rooms have dressing table,chair,cabinet.Each room with a flat-screen TV,wifi,some units with window.Rm50 refundable deposit. Hotel very old need to do a lot of renovations,wayering works & maintenance.

The hotel lobby is man by a lone bangalar who often is not in and the door is lock and you need to call before they come. You need to pay a deposit of RM50 but no receipt or any document is given. The handle rail to climbing the stairs is loose.

when we arrive at the hotel, receptionist said hotel already full and its double booking. after a while their boss give me a twin room without window as we book double room with window. from the time we checkin until 7am, there is a loud noise from room beside and in front of us. then we realise this hotel has escort service. pls avoid this hotel.
